BA in Editor Elements

For the all Editor Elements we defined common Main KPIs. 
Depending on a calculation level (Sites/Components) we can define Main KPIs as:

Percent of Components which stayed in a site

Where to check Main KPIs for the Components:

Monthly Data
  • Components Monthly Main KPIs (by session) Dashboard
    Current Dashboard shows the Main KPIs for components added to sites and edited/published/deleted in the same session. All calculations based actions made in the same session with adding. Dashboard shown data by last month
  • Components Monthly Main KPIs (by creation) Dashboard
    Current Dashboard shows the Main KPIs for components added to sites that were created by the last month days. All calculations are based on sites historical data and not depend on sessions and time difference between actions.
In both dashboards  you can choose the level of Calculation that you are interested in Sites or Components, Site Builder (Classic Editor and Editor X), DS Origin (Site Builder and Blocks). Also you can choose in which users population you are interested in (Wix Employee/Not Wix Employee).

The main Table in dashboards shows Main KPIs per each component by last week compared with previous month (MOM) .

If you are interested in a specific component you can find it with filters: Component Family (wixui, tpa, platform…)/Component Category/Component Name.

Also both dashboards contain graphs with Dynamic KPIs changing. Here you can filter data by component adding date. Also you can chose how to distribute date axis: by days/weeks/months.
By default in graphs you can find data for TOP 5 filtered components, you can change it with TOP filter and see more data.

Monthly dashboards don't contain a lot of break downs.

If you want to investigate Main KPIs more detailed, you can use Weekly dashboards.

Weekly Dashboards:
  • Components Main KPIs (by session) Dashboard
    Current Dashboard shows the Main KPIs for components added to sites and edited/published/deleted in the same session. All calculations based actions made in the same session with adding. Dashboard shown data by last week
  • Components Main KPIs (by Creation) Dashboard
    Current Dashboard shows the Main KPIs for components added to sites that were created by the last 7 days. All calculations are based on sites historical data and not depend on sessions and time difference between actions. 

In both dashboards  you can choose the level of Calculation that you are interested in Sites or Components and Site Builder (Classic Editor and Editor X).

The main Table in dashboards shows Main KPIs per each component by last week compared with previous week (WoW) 

If you are interested in a specific component you can find it with filters: Component Family (wixui, tpa, platform…)/Component Category/Component Name.

Also both dashboards contain Daily Components Adding graph that shows dynamic changes of components daily adding number compared with previous week distributed by chosen parameter:
  • Component Name
  • Component Category
  • Site Text Category - Categorization of the site based on its text
  • Template En Name - English name of the site Template in use
  • Is Premium Site
  • Is Component Appear in a template
Both dashboards update daily at 13:00 UTC.

How users edit components?

Current dashboard shows Components Editing Details about applied GFPP buttons by last 7 days
Numbers that dashboard shows depend on Level of calculation that you chosen:
  • Sites - dashboard will show number of unique sites per chosen component type where each GFPP button was applied (set by default)
  • Components - dashboard will show number of unique components per chosen component type where each GFPP button was applied
Distribution of Clicked GFPP buttons for Component area shows distribution between applied GFPP buttons for chosen Component Type. Here you can click any Action Name and compare Button usage with other Component Types in Comparing button clicks with other Components area.
Distribution of Clicked GFPP buttons for components by Templates area shows distribution of sites Templates where chosen Component Type was edited . In Tooltips for each template you can find distribution between applied GFPP buttons for chosen Component Type .
Distribution of Clicked GFPP buttons for component by Parameter. This area shows distribution of applied GFPP buttons for chosen Component Type depending on chosen parameter:
  • Is Site Premium 
  • Is Site Published
  • Is New Component  - was component added in the same session with editing

Where I can find examples of sites with added specific component?


Current dashboard shows samples of sites created from the blank by last 7 days. Here you can find a list of created sites that were published at least once and list of added to them components. With click on a site sample of selected site will load on a dashboard.

With Sites Filters you can filter list by:
  • Site Date Created
  • Site Text Category - categorization of the site based on its text
  • Site Traffic by last 7 days
  • Is Cloned Site
  • Is Premium Site
With Components Filter you can filter sites list by info about added to site components:
  • Component Name
  • Component Category
  • Adding Origin - is component added from Add Panel or by Copy/Paste
  • Is user try to Edit Component
  • Is user try to Delete Component
  •  Is Copied from Current Site - is component pasted from differ site
