Before any product or dev work begins, the Product Manager is obligated to create an initial Kickoff Resource that will be used to introduce the product to all stakeholders.
Required information to document includes:
- Data request origin
- KPI
- User voice
- Anticipated release date

Product Introduction Meetings
Internal Kickoff
The product introduction meeting is organized by the Product Manager once they have completed the Kickoff resource.
Those who should be in attendance to this meeting are:
- Mangement Representative
- Head of Product
- Head of UX
- Head of Product Design
- Head of Development
- Product Manager
- UX Designer
- Product Designer
- Developer
- Content Writer
- QA
Collaborative Kickoff
Once the internal kickoff is conducted, and each internal team member knows the scope of this product, there is a kickoff (with the same resource) with collaborative teams.
From product to product, these external teams may vary - Base UI, Editor Classic, Editor X, Velo, Verticals, Platform, Blocks - and should include those teams where the product was requested, and where it will be available.
Those who should be in attendance to this meeting are:
- Product Manager
- UX Designer
- Product Designer
- Developer
- Content Writer
- QA
- Relevant members of collaborative teams

The direct product team opens the proper channels to work.

- Slack Channels
- Jira Epic
