Working With Jira
Jira is the main tool for performing projects and tasks among team members. After we make priority we open each project as an epic and from there we run it in Jira. Each epic is a project and the tasks associated with each epic are derived accordingly. Jira is used by us for all stages, everything from backlog to release. The main goal of working with one tool is better communication, uniform visibility for all tasks and full sharing with developers.
