That is not a title of a book, that is actually the PM job description.
PM don't need to make pretty screens, it is not to manage developers, it is not to plan
strategy our roadmaps on your own - PM's job is to collect information, make it such that the
ALL of the team will know it, understand the focus, and brainstorm together on finding the
solutions.
- Understands the domain inside and out - true domain experts (include business goal)
- Acts as a bridge that connect team, and connect the people outside of the team
- Able to disseminate knowledge about their domain to others (both inside and outside the team).
- Constant communicator (inside and outside the team).
- This includes everything -- aggregating information, sharing details, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, etc.
- Makes sure work is done according to set process
- Take responsibility for quality of demoes even if not presenting themselves (guide others)
- Responsible to stakeholders regarding changes to anything that has been previously agreed upon.
- PM is responsible for team motivation and guidance.
- Representing and advocating for a larger group that has previously agreed on a vision/direction.
- In charge of its team roadmap. Initiates and manages the process. Creates it together with the leads.
- Not necessarily the most senior in the team
UX - User Experience
Help users do what they need to do when interacting with our products
The UX own the product experience & user-centered design. By creating good UX design means focusing on the user, no matter where they are. The UX combined Functional and Visual in order to create products that users not only understand but can follow with ease. Their experience should be intuitive. This means packaging an optimal product experience that includes functionality, content, and visuals.
- Defines use cases and high-level requirements.
- Understands design constraints, and makes decisions on designs & functionality
- Adhere to where the UX method is required in every aspect of the product and process.
- Responsible for ensuring and defining the user experience throughout the product areas uniformly
- Responsible for understanding product requirements and bringing them to users' understanding (the HOW)
- Constantly improve the UX
- Updating and aligning the UX changes
- Share UX solutions. Show and tell for the team.
- Make creative brainstorms within the group.
- Maintain high standards of UX flow in the wireframe
- Manage list of top edge UX ideas as inspiration
- Collect and maintain users' feedback list and translate it to actions
- Knowing all UX backlog in the team.
- Responsibility to update the design system team on any change.
- Make sure to stay with reusable component, and to suggest new one together with the DS only if needed.
- Direct responsibility for planning and engaging in all user interviews

- Responsibility to review the product before it is released to users from the 'Be a User' approach and feel the product
- Use the product every day and open a direct and independent communication channel with the product users
- Define how our content will function in the web environment.
- Be in direct contact with the support department to regularly understand the product usability issues
- Ensure that the spec passed on for development do indeed include all information about product behavior, flow, functionality and experience definition in terms of performance
- Get direct access to the data system, and flood questions and event options to get as much product and user information as possible.

UX Lead - User Experience Lead

PCD - Product Content Designer
Our content is one of our powerful
Most of our products are built from pieces of content to allow our users to put together the best site they need. The Product Content Designer is a partner in defining the web component in a standard that exists across the Internet and is responsible for identifying the latest trend for our users. In addition he is responsible for defining the content needs that will allow our users to build an up-to-date website for various purposes. Along with all this, product content designer defines the design properties of the product components that will be used by our users.
- Defines use cases and high-level requirements.
- Understands design constraints, and makes decisions on designs
- Adhere to where the on-stage design system is required in every aspect of the product and process.
- Responsible for ensuring and defining the content design throughout the product areas uniformly
- Collaborate with UX in the wireframe phase to define the design properties (before preset and final design, in order to deliver the wireframe to development in early stage)
- Responsible for understanding product requirements and design the product for UoU (the HOW)
- Constantly improve the design
